Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all sessions booked with Access Clarity. By booking a service, you agree to the following:

Booking & Payment

• Session fees are as follows:

  • Taster Session (25 mins) – £30

  • Clarity Coaching (50 mins, online or in person) – £80

  • Access Bars® Therapy (60 mins, in person) – £75

  • Clarity Reset Session (90 mins, in person) – £110

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments are processed securely via the online booking system or by direct arrangement through hello@accessclaritynow.com.

Cancellations & Refunds

• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

• Taster Sessions are non-refundable.

• If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your session at no extra cost.

• If I need to cancel a session, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling or a full refund.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time.

• Missed sessions are non-refundable.

Client Responsibility

• Coaching and Access Bars® are supportive, forward-focused practices, not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

• You remain responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions during and after our work together.

• If you are currently receiving treatment from a medical or mental health professional, please consult them before booking if you are unsure.

Confidentiality

• All sessions are confidential. Information shared will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

My Right to Cancel

• I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session if necessary. In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
